1. Nature of Our Products
All products sold on shop.hy-farm.com are digital goods — specifically, online video courses delivered via streaming through your account on this platform.
No physical goods are shipped in connection with these purchases.
2. No Refund Policy for Digital Products
In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
“the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.”
By completing your purchase on shop.hy-farm.com, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once course access has been granted.
Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the course has been provided.
3. Exceptions
We will consider a refund or alternative resolution only in the following cases:
- Technical failure — if you are unable to access the course content due to a verified platform error on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days.
- Duplicate purchase — if you were charged twice for the same course due to a payment processing error.
- Unauthorised transaction — if you can demonstrate that the purchase was made without your authorisation.
To request a resolution under one of the above exceptions, contact us at courses@hy-farm.com within 7 days of the original purchase date, with your order number and a description of the issue.
